The transport of your shipment :

Your pack shipmentackages are generally dispatched the same day or the next day of the order (during open days and exept public holidays) within 2 days after receipt of payment. Letters ans parcels are shipped via Swiss Post. So please contact us before choosing an other method.

Online Store:

Orders, of Magic Flyer ® - The Magic Butterfly ®- Goliath Diffusion,  are shipped the same or next day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your payment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

For other countries, the letters and parcels are sent also by the Post
